Launching a new category and sales approach in Russia

In 2015 Jane wouldn’t listen to the words “We’ve tried that before and it just won’t work” when it came to challenging the way to sell higher priced spirits in Russia. Jane used her unique partnership approach to work with the local Russian Diageo Executive team and sales experts to bring everyone together on the possibility and reason to believe in a new way of doing things.

Jane helped get a brand new structure, a new business plan and helped train the people to ensure a new culture and way of working for the Moscow based team. By the end of the 2016 financial year the new Luxury Business in Russia was in the top 5 fastest growing in Diageo globally and exceeding all targets.
