Our favourite meal of the day! The good news is that on holiday it can actually be enjoyed like it deserves to be.  Even if you’re heading off to your morning surf lesson this is the most important meal of the day!
As nutritionist Adelle Davis famously said in the 1960s: “Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a pauper.” (Sifferlin, 2013).

No. 1 Tip: All about Eggs… (Except if you’re dairy free) they are high in protein.  If not eggs, then get a great selection of fruit and whole grains. Your body will thank you!
