Water, water, water, and water: We cannot highlight this point any further; it helps cleanse your body from all the toxins. Your skin will also thank you. And a big bonus is that is has ZERO calories. Need more persuasion?

Always have a water bottle with you …and keep track of how much you have been drinking across the day. According to the Mayo Clinic, men should drink about 13 cups (3 liters) of total beverages per day in a moderate climate and women should drink about 9 cups (2.2 liters) per day.
