- Set realistic goals that you can stay on top of – because you are not going to go for a run every night if it’s pouring with rain, you’re better off going to two solid sessions then aiming for five and going to none!
- Try something new – sign up for a new class or try an activity you have never done, the excitement / worry of doing something you have never done will be the focus, tricking your mind so you don’t even feel like you have exercised!
- What friends are for – find a workout buddy that you can drag along (or that can drag you along) to sweat! It’s always more fun with a friend and you are less likely to cancel if someone else is relying on you!
